HUMAN CAPITAL IN GLOBALIZATION
The world is now a global village where information technology skills are needed everyday, it has now turned into a competitive place where business skills are now in high demand by the people.
In our world today there is no business or work that can function well without the usage of business skills, it is what makes the globe a competitive place but business skills is also faced with its own decisive factors which are the resources development and human capital.
Many countries today failed to realize that resources development and human capital are areas which they have to invest into; there failure to do this makes them under developed because they can not compete in the world.
Human capital is even the one mostly left behind, what people don’t understand it that people build,invent,create and establish things and business not money, there has to be brain behind the money for it to materialize and how do will build human capital, it can be done by investing more into the educational sector of any country,onces your education is down so is human capital of the country.
That means you will have to good outside your country to look for it, that’s is a waste of money, I have always said that developing countries grow fast because they have invested into human capital.
So if you want your country to be globalize, you will have to invest more in human capital.
